GUNZE WARRANTY

Products and parts sold by GUNZE under these terms are warranted to Buyer directly by manufacturer, GUNZE, as the case may be (“Manufacturer”), and not by GUNZE as seller.  Manufacturer warrants for a period of one year from the date of shipment to Buyer that the product or part shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  If Buyer notifies GUNZE of a defect in materials or workmanship discovered within the one-year period, Manufacturer shall, at its option, replace or repair the defective product or part.  Manufacturer’s obligation with respect to such product or part shall be limited to replacement or repair F.O.B. Manufacturer’s city of shipment.  In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for labor costs, equipment costs, bezel costs, installation costs, and/or transportation costs, which may arise in connection with such products or parts.  This Warranty extends to the touch panel only.  GUNZE shall not be responsible for damaged touch panels resulting from handling, installation, or processes related to installation.  Damage from customer processing of touch panels voids this warranty.
